What sets Interwork apart from other disability employment services?

Interwork is about discernible differences. We want to provide the extra services that will make the transition from unemployment to employment easier for the job seeker.
We achieve this by offering four value add benefits;

Case management: Using a consistent model that is supported by a “franchise” type business model to ensure dependable performance and service delivery. This operating framework is efficient and effective and provides scope and the capacity for individualised programmes, and innovative solutions at the client, employer and community levels. (ie the Service Delivery Model)

Sustainable employment: Quality matching of job requirements and business productivity and team fit with job seeker skills and attributes. Transition into jobs and employment is supported and facilitated by specialised job coaches.

Build confidence in job seekers, employers and communities to create pathways to inclusion. Confidence building includes technical and employability skills, sharing knowledge and best practices and innovative solutions. Thus, identifying community based programs and projects and leading, participating and advocating for these.

Broker of Solutions: How we operate in partnership to connect stakeholders. Ensure each stakeholder receives the best fit service and required expertise and experience to ensure they progress towards independence through employment. (ie Vacancies advertised centrally, accessed enhanced through partners. This is potentially a business strategy.)

Interwork has a commitment to expand its services across Australia to those seeking independence from welfare through employment. Regardless of the program we deliver, all stakeholders will benefit from Interwork’s uniquely supportive and individually-focused service delivery model.
