  • Ongoing Advice and Support
    Our Support workers provide one-on-one support in the workplace to both you and your employee.  Support is available when and where you need it, for as long as you need it.

  • Wage subsidies
    Access to wage subsidies is available through the Wage Subsidy Scheme that offers financial assistance to employers of eligible employees.

  • Supported Wage System
    Where required, eligible employers and their employees can choose to access a process of productivity-based wage assessment to determine fair pay for fair work.

  • Disability Apprenticeship and Traineeship Funding
    We provide access to funding and subsidies including wage support, tutorial, interpreter and mentor services.

  • Job in Jeopardy
    Assistance including immediate funding and support with job design, restructure and/or workplace adjustment to ensure your employee maintains their job if it is at risk as a result of issues related to their disability.

  • Work Trial Placements
    Work trials provide your business the opportunity to explore a potential employee’s suitability to the role.

  • Workplace Modifications
    Funding for workplace modifications or the purchase of specialised equipment for new or existing employees where required.

  • Assistance to employ a hearing impaired or Deaf employee
    or to help existing hearing impaired or Deaf employees maximise their ability and workplace independence through the Auslan for Employment Program.
