Employment Coordinators manage client caseloads, which involves client assessment, skills and career profiling, career coaching and planning, job-matching and placement. They also work with employers by providing innovative solutions to workplace practices and job design, and providing post-placement services through support plan development, workplace modifications and consultancy for retention.
