Casual with possible assignment of 6 months
We are looking for someone who has:

  • 1-2 years experience in daily operational HR services, preferably in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Coaching, counselling, and conflict resolution skills
  • Presentation, group facilitation and prioritisation skills
  • Business acumen
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant field

    Reporting to the HR Manager, primary duties include but not limited to:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, preliminary screening, and administration of post-interview selection tools
  • Coordinate the delivery of the Corporate Induction Program and other learning and development activities
  • Provide legislative compliant advice and recommendation for employee relations issues as required.

    Finance Manager

    We are looking for someone who has:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Supervisory experience of 2-3 members of the finance team
  • Financial analysis and reporting skills, preferably with some not for profit exposure
  • Experience in filing PAYG / BAS / FBT returns
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Organisation and written reporting skills
  • Accounting degree or equivalent

    Reporting to the Group Executive - Corporate Services, primary duties include but not limited to:
  • Preparation and distribution of end-of-month reporting requirements.
  • General accounting including general ledger journal entries, fixed assets, reconciliations and balance sheet accounts
  • Preparation of monthly management and Board finance reports including analysis of significant variances to budget.
  • Advice management on matters such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts
