We are looking for someone who has: 

 

  • 1-2 years experience in daily operational HR services, preferably in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Coaching, counselling, and conflict resolution skills
  • Presentation, group facilitation and prioritisation skills
  • Business acumen
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant field

    Reporting to the HR Manager, primary duties include but not limited to:
    Coordinate the recruitment process, preliminary screening, and administration of post-interview selection tools
    Coordinate the delivery of the Corporate Induction Program and other learning and development activities
    Provide legislative compliant advice and recommendation for employee relations issues as required.
