We are looking for someone who has: 

  • 2-3 years experience in disability sector
  • Experience in quality assurance management systems
  • Research, communication and presentation skills 
  • Applicable knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analysis and Disability Service Standards 
  • Organisation and written reporting skills
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Quality Management, Risk Management or related fields

Reporting to the Group Executive - Corporate Services, primary duties include but not limited to:

  • Conduct internal audits according with external audits outcomes and regulating bodies
  • Provide and monitor implementation plans from internal and external audits 
  • Provide quality framework and systems to facilitate organisational compliance to relevant legislation, regulations, standards and contract requirements 
  • Advice management on matters such as effective policies and procedures writing and implementation

We are looking for someone who has:
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Advanced computer literacy in computer networks, databases, web-based applications
  • Solid knowledge of: Windows2003/XP/Vista, SQL 2000/2005, Exchange 2003, Windows Mobile; computer hardware and operating systems
  • Project and resources management skills
  • Tertiary Qualifications or equivalent skills & knowledge in Network Management and IT Support
Reporting to the IT Manager, primary duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assure system security, reliability and connectivity are maintained at high performance level;
  • Maintain appropriate levels of server hardware capacity and performance to support business and service delivery
  • Provide administrative support to I&CT team
