Our Board

Interwork is governed by a Board of Directors which consists of five elected members. Of the six, there are four Australian Board members, three of whom are non-executive and independent of the organisation.  The CEO is an executive director.  There are two UK-based elected member representing the Shaw Trust organisation. Additionally, there are four Interwork Senior Managers that serve as Key Officers to the Board of Directors.

Our Directors volunteer their services and wide-ranging professional expertise to provide strategic leadership, cultural direction and policies in accordance with Interwork's constitution.

The Interwork Board members are commercially astute and contribute considerable specialised expertise for the development of policy and strategy and sound corporate governance.

The Board ensures the organisation operates with the efficiencies of a traditional for profit business to ensure access and equity for clients and service excellence for contracting organisations and all stakeholders.

John is a Chartered Accountant and Business Advisor and Company Director, and has over 40 years of commercial experience. He was a former Managing Partner for South Australia of Deloitte, and was the Managing Director of Normans Wines Ltd and Dembicon Australia Pty Ltd.
