Our Board

Interwork is governed by a Board of Directors which consists of five elected members. Of the six, there are four Australian Board members, three of whom are non-executive and independent of the organisation. The CEO is an executive director. There are two UK-based elected member representing the Shaw Trust organisation. Additionally, there are four Interwork Senior Managers that serve as Key Officers to the Board of Directors.

Our Directors volunteer their services and wide-ranging professional expertise to provide strategic leadership, cultural direction and policies in accordance with Interwork's constitution.

The Interwork Board members are commercially astute and contribute considerable specialised expertise for the development of policy and strategy and sound corporate governance.

The Board ensures the organisation operates with the efficiencies of a traditional for profit business to ensure access and equity for clients and service excellence for contracting organisations and all stakeholders.

	Mr John Harvey Director, Chairman Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia Fellow, Australian Institute of Company Directors John is a Chartered Accountant and Business Advisor and Company Director, and has over 40 years of commercial experience. He was a former Managing Partner for South Australia of Deloitte, and was the Managing Director of Normans Wines Ltd and Dembicon Australia Pty Ltd.
	Ms Kay Nicholas Director, Deputy Chair Bachelor of Arts in Social Science Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Kay has over 20 years of management experience in disability related employment and workers compensation fields.
	Mr Mark McElhinney Director, Past Chairman Certificate III Information Technology Various Certificates in Marketing and Sales. Mark has a number of years experience in corporate markets which includes building job vacancy pipelines for job seekers.
	Mrs Rosemary Wallage Director, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer GAICD, CAHRI, PDipHR Director, Chief Executive Officer Associate Fellow Australian Human Resources Institute, Tertiary level Marketing Retail and Human Resource Management. Rosemary’s experience spans the finance, retailing, manufacturing and consulting sectors. She is actively involved in the community and has served on a number of boards including Business SA, SSABSA and WorkCover SA.
	Mr Fred McCrindle Director, Shaw Trust OBE - Order of the British Empire Fellow Royal Society of Arts Member Institution of Engineering and Technology Chartered Engineer MSc - Warwick University (Information Technology) BSc - Leeds Metropolitan University (Engineering) Certificate in Education - Wolverhampton University Fred serves as a Trustee for Shaw Trust. His past experience includes; Associate Director RSMTenon - Government & Public Services Chief Executive - Reading College and School of Arts & Design Chief Executive - Stockton & Billingham College Deputy Principal IT and Resources - Gateshead College Design Engineer
	Mr Colin Nicholls General Manager, Corporate Services Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Economics Certified Practicing Accountant Colin’s diverse management background has provided extensive experience in, and exposure to finance, commercial and operational issues.
	Ms Julie Stenklev General Manager, People and Performance Diploma of Management Diploma of Human Resource Management Julie has an extensive background in change management and business improvement leveraging human resources organisational growth strategies across a variety of global industries.
