At Interwork we offer our clients a range of services and programs in addition to our core job search and employment services.

Indigenous Employment Support Programs

Interwork provides access to employment transition and post-placement support and mentoring for Indigenous employees who are employed on a full, permanent part-time or casual basis.

Through the STEP (South East Structured Training and Employment Project), Count Me In! and A.O.K. (Aboriginal Opportunity Knocks) programs, Interwork works with employers to support Indigenous people to secure and maintain employment.

Types of assistance available through these programs include:

job placement
increased hours of employment
access to training
on-the-job coaching and/or mentoring
